My clients are always part of the process when making lending and insurance decisions. This ensures they are comfortable and understand what they have agreed to.

Outside of work I spend a lot of time with my three children, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. They are spread between Hawke’s Bay, Melbourne and Brisbane. 

I took up swimming about five years ago and find it is the best in terms of fitness. I enjoy reading, knitting and crochet. I find these activities help me with active meditation. My husband and I like to get out and about, visiting various parts of NZ, and also play the occasional round of golf.
